 Due to the highly perishable nature of our products, we have a strict policy to ensure quality and safety.

1. Quality & Freshness Guarantee
We guarantee the quality and freshness of our products at the time of delivery. We stand by our “No Compromise” policy.

2. Eligibility for Refund/Replacement
A refund or replacement will be issued at our discretion if:

  • The product is spoiled, damaged, or leaking upon delivery.
  • The product delivered is incorrect (different from what was ordered).
  • The packaging is tampered with or unsealed.

3. The Process

  • You must report the issue by emailing customercare@rehlish.com within 2 hours of delivery.
  • You must provide your order number and clear photographs/videos of the unopened product package showing the issue.
  • Our customer support team will review the claim and may arrange for the product to be picked up. Upon verification, we will process a replacement for the defective item or a full refund to your original payment method.

4. Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order by calling our customer support if it has not yet been processed for dispatch.
  • Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
