1. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver within specified areas of Delhi-NCR. You can check serviceability by entering your pin code on our website.
2. Delivery Timelines
- We offer standard delivery slots throughout the day.
- Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before a cut-off time (e.g., 12 PM).
- Next-day delivery is available for orders placed after the cut-off.
- Specific time slots will be presented for selection at checkout.
3. Shipping Costs
- Delivery is free on orders above a minimum value (e.g., ₹499).
- A delivery fee will be applied to orders below this value.
4. Order Tracking
You will receive SMS/email notifications with order confirmation and a live tracking link once your order is out for delivery.
5. Failed Deliveries
- Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to accept the order.
- If the first delivery attempt fails, our delivery partner will attempt to contact you. A second attempt may be scheduled, which could incur an additional delivery charge.
- If the second attempt fails, the order may be cancelled, and a refund will be processed, minus any applicable delivery charges.
