Rehlish reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

- “Company“, “We“, “Us“, “Our” refers to Rehlish and its affiliates.
- “You“, “User“, “Customer” refers to the person accessing or using the Website.
- “Products” refers to the fresh, frozen, and processed meat products (including Chicken, Mutton, and Fish) offered for sale on the Website.
- “Order” refers to a customer’s request to purchase Products from us.
2. Account Registration and Security
- You may need to register an account to place an order. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Product Information and Pricing
- We strive to display the colours, images, and descriptions of our Products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will be perfectly accurate.
- All Products are sold in standardized 400 Gm premium packs, unless otherwise specified.
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.
- We reserve the right to modify product prices at any time without prior notice. However, the price charged for a confirmed Order will be as stated at the time of order confirmation.
4. Orders and Payment
- Placing an item in your cart does not reserve the price or the product. An Order is considered confirmed only after you receive an order confirmation email/SMS from us.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any Order for any reason, including limitations on quantities, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or issues identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
- Full payment must be received by us before an Order is dispatched. We accept various payment methods, and you confirm that the payment details you provide are correct and that you are authorized to use that payment instrument.
5. Delivery
- We currently deliver only within specified areas of Delhi-NCR. You are responsible for providing the correct and complete delivery address.
- We will attempt to deliver your Order during the selected time slot. If you or an authorized representative are not available to accept the delivery, our delivery partner may attempt a second delivery, which may be subject to an additional delivery charge.
- Risk and Ownership: The ownership and risk of loss for the Products you order will pass to you upon our delivery of the Products to the carrier for shipment, or upon our delivery to you if we are shipping directly.
6. Quality, Freshness, and Returns
- Quality Commitment: We take utmost care in sourcing from our own poultry and fishery farms and processing our Products under strict hygienic conditions. Our Products are delivered in premium, insulated packaging designed to maintain freshness.
- Inspection: You must inspect the Products immediately upon delivery. Due to the perishable nature of our goods, returns and refunds are only offered under specific conditions.
- Refund/Replacement Policy: You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:
- The Product is delivered in a damaged, spoiled, or leaking condition.
- The Product received is not what you ordered.
- The package is tampered with.
- To request a refund/replacement, you must contact our customer support at customercare@rehlish.com within 2 hours of delivery, providing your order number and clear photographs/videos of the unopened product package and the issue. Our team will assess the claim, and the decision to provide a refund or replacement will be at our sole discretion.
7. User Conduct and Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Use the Website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Website.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Website or its related systems.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rehlish, its directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Website.
- The quality, freshness, or fitness of the Products for a particular purpose.
- Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.
Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Website or Products shall not exceed the total value of the Order in question.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rehlish and its affiliates from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms and Conditions or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi, India.
