We guarantee the quality and freshness of our products at the time of delivery. We stand by our “No Compromise” policy.
2. Eligibility for Refund/Replacement
A refund or replacement will be issued at our discretion if:
- The product is spoiled, damaged, or leaking upon delivery.
- The product delivered is incorrect (different from what was ordered).
- The packaging is tampered with or unsealed.
3. The Process
- You must report the issue by emailing customercare@rehlish.com within 2 hours of delivery.
- You must provide your order number and clear photographs/videos of the unopened product package showing the issue.
- Our customer support team will review the claim and may arrange for the product to be picked up. Upon verification, we will process a replacement for the defective item or a full refund to your original payment method.
4. Order Cancellations
- You may cancel your order by calling our customer support if it has not yet been processed for dispatch.
- Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
